Reporting to the Associate Director (Graduate Programs), in the Centre for International Management, and working closely with the Program Director, the Program Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, effective planning and delivery of events for graduate programs in China.
Manages the operations of the experiential learning hub and the employer services unit. Ensures activities and processes are well-integrated into the rest of Career Services and capitalize on existing infrastructure.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the incumbent will assist with the overall conduct of national, international, multi-center, clinical research trials. This includes, but is not limited to, the development of trial procedures, manuals, tools and liaising with participating member centers...
Designs, plans, and coordinates events including career and education fairs, including layout, setup and cleanup, determining and booking catering. Evaluates events against objectives, and makes recommendations for the upcoming events.
